First Time Home Buyer Classes
The home buyer class consists of a one on one meeting where I go through the process of what it is like to buy a home. This will include how to put in offers, purchase contract review, multiple offer strategies, down payment options, lender info, inspections and appraisal review, potential hurdles, and what to expect on closing day.
This whole class takes about an hour to and hour and a half. The goal is to leave you with the feeling that you are ready to start the search and if we found something you loved. You would be 100% ready to put in an offer!
Additional Services and Property Tax Help
I am always a resource to my clients after we have closed a deal. I have a lot of vendors that I work with from general contractors, painters, electricians, etc. I’m always here to help! Also, when your property tax bill goes up I can help provide an accurate value of your home to help lower those taxes!
